Las Ramblas Match Report 3rd April - Inbetweeners Golf Society

This week saw the Inbetweeners Golf Society descend upon the challenging Las Ramblas course for their annual Inbetweeners Masters. Similar to the legendary Augusta.  Las Ramblas proved a stern test for the players, with windy conditions adding another layer of difficulty.

Despite the demanding layout, the members embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, many experiencing the unique course for the first time.

The competition was fierce, with Francis Hesselmans claiming Nearest the Pin on Hole 6, and Juha Jortikka securing the honor on Hole 14.

After a hard-fought round, scores were tallied, revealing Tim Ruse in 3rd place with a respectable 30 points. Jimmy Scott impressed with 32 points, landing him in 2nd place, but the day belonged to Jimmy Fegan, who edged out Scott on countback, also finishing with 32 points.

Following the tournament, the golfers convened in the clubhouse to savor well-earned refreshments, where Jimmy Fegan was awarded the coveted Green Cap, a symbol of his victory in this prestigious event.
