The morning began with a blustery wind that whipped through the course, forcing players to bundle up. However, as the day progressed, the gusts calmed, allowing for a more comfortable round and a subsequent shedding of layers. Afternoon Relief: As the day progressed, conditions improved significantly. By early afternoon, the sun emerged, pushing the temperature up to a comfortable 20 degrees Celsius. The back nine offered a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for all. Despite the wet and windy weather days before the event, the members arrived well-prepared, armed with waterproofs and umbrellas. To their pleasant surprise, the golf course was dry and in excellent condition for play. Morning Challenges The morning brought strong winds, making it particularly challenging for participants to secure nearest the pin prizes on the par 3 holes. However, the golfers persevered and demonstrated commendable skill and determination. Afternoon Relief By early afternoon, the winds calmed, and the sun made a welcomed appearance, enhancing the overall experience for the players. The favorable conditions on the back nine contributed to a more enjoyable and fruitful game for everyone. Highlights and Achievements The day’s event was marked by notable high scores, reflecting the players’ dedication and competitive spirit.
